Salmon, potatoes, peas and dill sauce


This was my first time preparing salmon and it went pretty nice. Next time I will do some changes as well, instead of peas I will serve creamy spinach :), cause, my husband approves spinach as a good combination with salmon.


Ingredients:
  • Salmon, frozen or fresh 2 peaces (for 2 persons)
  • Peas
  • Potato
  • Olive oil to fry salmon
For white sauce:
  • Mayonnaise, mustard, salt, sugar, dill (fresh and chopped), milk

Preparation:
  1. Season salmon with salt and fry it in olive oil. You will need just a little bit of oil if you are using non sticky frying pan. Fry it on both sides. Salmon is very light fish, so no need to fry it too long, just till get crust and colors on both sides that you will like.
  2. Boil potatoes as much as you think that it will be needed for lunch.
  3. Also boil peas.
  4. For white sauce you will need to mix 2 spoons of mayonnaise, 1 tea spoon mustard, salt and sugar to taste, little bit milk to make it more liquid or saucy and chopped fresh dill. Mix all together and fix the taste as you like. It should taste more sweet and fresh in a same time, so add more milk, do not let mayonnaise to dominate. 
  5. Serve one peace of salmon, few small potatoes, 2-3 spoons of peas and 2-3 spoons of white sauce and enjoy with your friends and family in nice and healthy meal.

Losos, kuvani krmpir, grasak i beli sos sa mirodjijom

Rucak za svaki dan ili neku posebnu priliku, ukusan i zdrav :)

Potrebno:
  • Losos, 2 fileta za dve osobe oko 200 grama
  • Grasak
  • Krompir
  • Maslinovo ulje za przenje lososa.
Za beli sos:
  • Majonez, senf, so i secer, mleko i iseckana i sveza mirodjija, par grancica ili jedna veca ili po ukusu.
Priprema:
  1. Ribu posoliti i isprziti na malo ulja dok ne dobije koricu sa obe strane. Proces przenja je kratak. Korica moze biti kakva vama odgovara, mi volimo krckavije, :)
  2. Skuvati krompir, onoliko koliko ce biti pojedeno za rucak.
  3. Obariti grasak.
  4. Za beli sos pomesati 2 kasike majoneza, kasicicu senfa, malo soli, kasiku-dve secera da doterate ukus, sos treba biti sladji ali osvezavajuc, s toga dodajte 1-2 dl mleka kako biste razbili ukus majoneza, dodajte seckanu svezu mirodjiju. 
  5. Servirajte komad ribe sa 2-3 manja krompira, 2-3 kasike graska. Krompir prelijte sa 2-3 kasike belog sosa i uzivajte :)
